It would seem a special sort of talent when, after ordering a Tandoori King Prawn Shashlik at a pricey £11.95, to instead serve up a £5.75 Poneer Tikka, then deny all knowledge of my ever having ordered the Shashlik in the first place. They did however, total the order up to the penny as if I HAD ordered the meal that I actually DID order. Isn 't thst funny? This was a large order for 5 people, and I read the list out over the phone and ticked them off as the gentleman on the other end of the phone said Yes... (to move onto the next item). We collected, and only when we got home realised that we should have received a 10% discount which naturally we didn 't. We unpacked, and were confused as...
I ordered a special biriyani, which should have contained prawns, it didn’t! I rang, and gave the restaurant an opportunity to rectify, the manager lied, saying he put the king prawns in and said he’d send me a video as proof... I’m still waiting for the video. The vegetable pakora were cold and hard upon arrival. This is genuinely the worst take away I have had the displeasure of ordering from. Needless to say I shan’t return. The only reason I have given 1 star is because the review can’t be posted with zero stars.
Wanted a nice curry. Went to collect waiting over 20 mins over our time which was 40 mins. Said 20% off for nhs staff only gave us 10% which you get for collection every time. Only got one mint sauce with our meal even though we ordered lots of sides. Food was luke warm. Front staff very rude. Especially the man giving the food out. Won’t go again
We have been having takeaway from here for over 5 years. The food is always delicious and hot. We routinely pick up our meal as it takes from 45mins to over an hour for delivery but it works to pick up and you get a 10% discount too. Definitely a treat that everyone should try! Just had a takeaway delivered and the tandoori chicken was raw and pink inside Had to stop my son from eating it ! We have thrown all food in the bin ! Very disappointed Called to complain and was offered refund with no apologies Steer well clear of this place !
Had the Chicken passanda, plus a tikka massala. Was so tasty. Best we had in years, and best we had since we moved to New Ash Green. Unbelievable flavours, great value, portion sizes ample, and delivery on time. Would definitely recommend.
Had a takeaway and it was awful and stone cold the chicken tikka main we had was just plain chicken not an fried onion in site the breads were cold and the curries were boring cold and tasteless they have gone off the boil won’t be back
Not used this Indian before. We ordered online and had home delivery which arrived in the time stated. A good variety of curries well cooked with a good flavour. Would probably order from them again Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was really nice, one of the best curries I have ever tasted! Great value for money, portion size is very generous. This is now my regular curry house! It’s a must try!
