First time visiting this diner, it was solid in both food price, taste and selection. There were friendly staff members and the food was pretty good. We chose a typical diner order of cheeseburger deluxe and chicken finger basket with fries. The meals were fresh, hot and tasty. The waitress was quick to take our orders and brought us drinks almost immediately. We left with a meal for a family member that requested a turkey dinner. It was prepped for us to serve her and had everything she needed to enjoy it.
I really like almost everything Ive ordered from there. This time I ordered something different-the Fajita Wrap-it was just OK. It wasnt bad-and there was a good amount of chicken in it so that was good, but the sauce was almost like they just added salsa to the chicken. This is the first time I was a bit disappointed m, so definitely ordering from here again, just something different :
Was probably the worst omelet I have ever gotten. It was just sloppy thrown together. That didnt bother me except it also didnt taste good. Disgusting. Actually. I just realized I ordered from the wrong place. Lol. My bad. But good to know. never ever again.
Sherbans pancakes are second to none. I no longer live in NJ. However, every time I'm visiting in South Plainfield, I try to hit Sherbans at least once during my trip. I've been going to Sherbans for almost 50 years!

Always delicious! I love their chicken parmesan, egg salad, tuna melt, fries, and cucumber salad. It’s a fantastic diner that I’ve been going to for years!
Our favorite breakfast spot. We've been coming here for many years. The owners are super nice and we are always treated wonderfully.
Great food affordable prices, definitely could use a deep cleaning in the dining area and all of the glasses were dirty
The eggs were wet, the bacon was undercooked, and the hash browns weren't crispy. I've had enough of this place.
