The icecream tastes great and the shop is set in an ideal in the centre of the village, I was please to find they offer a Gluten-free Cone but disappointed to see the owner seeks to exploit Celiacs, those intolerant or with a sensitivity by...charging over the odds to enjoy a Gluten-free Cone. Wholesale these have a unit price of £0.16p for a box of 112 over a wheat based cone at £0.04p, the G3 are smaller than the other cones but you will still be charged the same price and 50p extra for being gluten-free instead. To the owner can I suggest you either charge just the few extra pennies it actually cost you or you could absorb the minor cost in the spirit of good service as it would not cripp...
I have been taking Max by 6 year old since he was able to hold a cone! the staff are wonderful, as are the owners! best ice cream in Surrey (they also have a branch in Godalming), as well as ice cream, a nice collection...of sweets and chocolates and the truffle's especially so. they also do a coffee with ice cream which is lovely on a hot day! so from me and Max, thanks!!
Although it was januar, we saw many people who were queuing for the little ice shop. we decided to delete and were glad that we did as I think it was one of the best ice creams I ever had! I have honeycomb with chocolate. the customer service was very good, friendly staff who knew much what they sold.
this charming little business in an enviable location right next to the river sells some of the best ice I've ever eaten, and I'm a real Gellato snob. the coffee is also excellent. I always make a point to visit when in shere. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Two ice-creams in cones made us very happy walkers. Their queuing and ordering system for covid times was sensible and still friendly. I had the lemon pie icecream and would visit again just for that!
Excellent place, witha good variety of ice-cream flavours. Despite being popular and having a queue outside, it was very well organised with a system to order outside and pick up inside.
I hope the first one is not the last one today. four of us ordered tubs/corners. I can recommend the strawberry rippel. the personal too.
