Recently had breakfast here with 2 grandchildren; when we placed our order it was repeated back to us with options to "upgrade" e.g. add a hash brown or an extra egg. The coffees were a decent size, hot and tasted good; the kids berry drinks were also good, must note here that when the 4 year old didn't finish hers we were offered a takeaway container so as not to waste 1/2 a drink. Good touch and Great customer service. We also ordered an extra 2 toasted sandwiches for takeaway, we were asked if we wanted those straight away or to let them know when to make them - a good move as they were fresh when we took them to meet up with 2 other grandkids in the car park swap over.
