Be careful because the prices online are not the prices inside but the crabs are juicy, hot, large, meaty, and delicious. They are a delight for your soul. One thing I find concerning is the automatic gratuity. I don't believe that servers should receive it if they haven't provided exceptional service. Gratuity should reflect our satisfaction with their service. If I'm unhappy or if my friends and I don't receive what we ordered, do they really deserve a tip? I think not.
Consider that if a server has a bad day or if the kitchen makes a mistake, it shouldn't automatically fall on customers to pay an automatic 20% gratuity. I've never been able to get a clear answer about the crabs. Either I'm given the wrong time to come or the wrong sizes. We've been regulars here for many years, and this issue has always persisted.
