I have a feeling that if people dont start getting to know this place soon, it might be too late, and that would be an absolute shame.The owners are ridiculously nice, the service is excellent ans the food ia just amazing. I alwaya take the classic; the broth in the tonkotsu ramwn is creamy and delicious, the pork is juicy ans tender, and the rest of the toppings are perfectly on point. This restaurant is absolutely fantastic and truly authentic. It's by far better than any other nearby options. We dined there on Thursday night as a party of three, and we ordered the Fuji ramen and Takoyaki Gohan. Everything was simply delicious. The noodles were clearly hand-cut and had the perfect chewiness, while the chashu was the most tender I've ever had. They were also accommodating to a guest with a lower spice tolerance. This ramen restaurant was surprisingly good. I got the fuji ramen and my partner got the tonkotsu. Definitely get the tonkotsu. The broth is divine, I ate my ramen and then drank her broth. Also the chicken karaage is so juicy and crispy.I'm honestly kinda picky about my ramen and I'm so happy to have found one that I'd be very happy to return to.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option on the menu. They also serve amazing gyoza—truly fantastic—and their takoyaki is hands down the best I've ever had, even better than what I tasted in Dotonbori, Osaka! For nearly two years, I've loved bringing friends here and, from time to time, stopping in for a quick meal by myself. No matter the occasion, a bowl of ramen from here will surely brighten your day. Stopped by on a whim for lunch. Very fresh and great tasting ramen and donburi! If you’re looking for a lighter meal, I’d recommend the Takoyaki Gohang. This was so delicious!! The Tonkotsu ramen is so flavourful, and the dumplings were so juicy and fresh, I’m going to come back just for late night dumplings soon….Also the mochi was so delicious too, raspberry is my favourite. The owners were so sweet and attentive as well I can’t wait to come back :

This is our new favourite restaurant!! The Fuji Ramem is out of this world, unbelievable flavours in both the broth and meat. Even the service is outstanding, such a comfortable atmosphere.
