I appreciate that this store is located near other dining options, particularly The Liquor Store and PF. I've visited other ShopRite locations and noticed that this one actually offers a wider variety of cultural foods. It's particularly difficult to find Ackee in other grocery stores, so I'm glad they carry it here. They also have my favorite mixed cheese packs with only white and yellow cheese. However, one thing I find frustrating is that the body wash is located in a completely different aisle from the lotions and other body products, making it a bit confusing to shop. On a positive note, Mystic drinks are back on the shelves!
I was there yesterday 1/11/25. Waite 25 minutes on line to check , when I got to the registered the cashier told me he was closed. I went to the next line and all of sudden he was cashing out other customers, I asked him why you told me you were closed and he just smirked and laughed the banger was there and did absolutely nothing and said nothing to me . I don’t how you treat your customers like I spend my money just like everyone else and was treated with disrespect. I will not be going here again. ShopRite just lost a life long customer.
Went to the bakery isle earlier today to get a tiramisu and a banana pudding. Upon coming home and opening the seal I noticed both were expired. Once I carefully examined the seal I noticed they put a newer date receipt on the older expired date receipt and sold it anyway. Be careful before you get yourself sick. What a waste of time, hope management does better, they 're putting peoples healths at risk selling expired things..
I wonder how many of the 5 star ratings are actually posted by shoppers. I found ShopRite No Brunswick on Route 130 Employees Incompetent poorly trained younger generation managers etc. Prices missing from products. Items improperly shelve, these just a few of the issues. The Sushi place at this shoprite is the worst place to buy Sushi. I never found it fresh and the people work there are very rude when you ask a question. I think the shoprite manager should take some action. I always buy Sushi when I go for shopping here but because of their behavior I stopped going this shoprite
