The Mothers Day buffet was excellent in terms of food, and we saw other tables receiving good service. Our server acted like it was a burden to refill sodas a couple times and made no effort to clear plates. I rarely leave a review, however the bad service was already accompanied by a $50+ mandatory gratuity for a table of 4. I happened to pay cash that day and had to ask multiple times for my $20+ of change, as if the the server felt entitled to an additional gratuity. The other issue was the valet service. It was fine on the way in and we didn't wait at all. Leaving there were about 12 families all trying to find someone who worked the valet to have their car retrieved. It took over half a...
Mother’s Day brunch was less than thrilling. Booked a table so that we could enjoy the great ambiance of Shor. Instead we were sat in the ballroom (silent) at a table that was not set. When we asked to switch, we were allowed. Buffet was in the main restaurant which required us to walk a long way to get food. Drinks were not refilled throughout meal and plates were not cleared. Special event pricing and service fee for **** food and poor service. We previously have loved our experience at Shor, as we got married at the hotel. This however left a bad taste in our mouth.
It was a Mother’s Day Brunch. We were not seated in the dining room had to walk a ways to get to the buffet, not ideal for my 98 year old mother. All the food was cold, service was poor and certainly not worth $69.00 per person with an 18% service charge added on.

Mother’s Day brunch it was not worth $65.00 per person the good stuff was empty and it didn’t not get refilled, what was left was hard and try. Then I was charged an 18% gratuity. Definitely was not worth $268 for three people!
We went to the Mother’s Day Brunch and all six of us enjoyed the vast amount of choices for brunch. The company was the best and this definitely made the day special, as well as the spectacular beachsideview.
