Ok, landed at O 'Hare on a trip to Chicago Milwaukee and were super hungry and did not want to want until we got to Milwaukee with our rental car and Yelped around O 'Hare for a cool microbrewery restaurant for lunch and found Short Fuse. SO SO GLAD WE DID. Took the rental car over there and had an awesome round of tastings with our lunch. Short Fuze had like 24 beers on tap insane!! They have all types but we prefer dark beers (as you can see in the photo and their selection was literally over the top. You can check the menu as I am sure they change all the time. The bartenders were fantastic, and the place was surprisingly busy for a Monday. Despite the crowd, they were friendly and great to chat with, which I really appreciated. I was also grateful for the military discount. The food was excellent; I tried the B.Y.O Burger, and it was cooked to perfection. They offered plenty of samples and provided honest recommendations for beers that matched my taste. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Great for beer lovers, great for somewhere local and not a mainstream chain. Excellent selection of beers on tap with very knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually stop to talk to you on a genuine level at your table. Food portions are generous and tasty. Worth the walk if staying at one of the nearby hotels. Small selection of merchandise available to purchase and restrooms inside.

Uber cool spot with even cooler staff.At a loose at the end of show, I attended as a solo diner. Bar bro was supercool, welcomng and friendly, recommended great beer and burger combo, which was awesome by the way. Called for the check and it was way too cheap due to happy hour pricing. I insisted on covering the great beer tab. What a fantastic customer experience. 5 star all day long.
This brewery offers an extensive selection of beers, with over 20 options available for you to sample through a flight. They also have a great variety of non-beer options, including ciders and seltzers. The space is very spacious, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your drinks.
I waited over an hour for our drinks and overheard the general manager threatening us about loitering, even though no waitress ever came to assist us. It's really disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Wow! What a fantastic environment here. Stopped by for lunch, had great food, great service, good prices and such a fun environment and decor. All of us will be back to try new things on the menu!!!!

Excellent beer selection and friendly service. This place is nice with good size sitting room. I tried the gunpowder wings, they were delicious. Killer art and great atmosphere Definitely recommended
