Unfortunately we have not managed to have the same experience, or our taste buds are diametrically opposed. we had two specials. the salmon with Brussels spiders and the lockbriand. both dishes were placed prominently on a stack of badly prepared maic without impact potatoes. I mean, we both like kartoffels, but maybe not together with the main course. for the castlebriand the sticky kartoffels took what would always have been fleshy taste it right in front of the door with overwhelming strength and not on a good wise. the meat quality seemed excellent and...
I wanted my first review of 2022 to be 5 stars. It took me 4 tries to hit my goal, The Shrimp Boat Grill delivered.The inside is cozy and the smells were inviting. They had a private party on the patio so I sat inside.My server was excellent and gave me great food descriptions when I asked about their special prefixe menu. I selected the tuna fish dip with crackers and cucumbers, the bacon jam salmon and peanut butter mud pie for dessert.Amazing is the only word for the tuna dip. Creamy fresh and flavorful. Next time I will ask for different crackers, the seeds in them reminded me of sand, so I used the fresh baked bread they gave me and cucumbers as a compliment.I wasnt sure about the bacon...
so often drove here and finally decided to stop. I wasn't disappointed. we went on Saturday and it was crazy busy. we said it was a 20-minute waiting time, but there were two sitting on the bar so we sat there. the bartenders were not so busy. the staff was very nice and personal. drinking were great. I ordered a garnel and scallop entree, which had four beautifully dimensioned scallops and six larger garnels, but also contained a good amount of smaller garnel. I think it was delicious. will it go again.
I wanted to go somewhere and have a nice dinner after work and Shrimp Boat was the perfect place! Very cozy and welcoming environment.My server, Chrissy was excellent she gave a full description of the menu and gave great suggestions! She greeted us with a smile every time. She went out of her way to make sure my companion was satisfy with his food. my family and I like the eating options at shrimp boat. always delicious. beautiful atmosphere and style of service at a reasonable price point. a part of our order included the fried shrimp entree and crispy shrimp crab bites appetizer, both from the regular menu. the salmon with bacon jelly and brussel sprouts escape was ordered from a prix fixed menu.
We love the Shrimp Boat Grill! The chef does the most amazing things with seafood (and all the entrées, really)! Anthony and Mark are our favorite servers because they are so attentive. We visit monthly and are never dissatisfied. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This restaurant in Valrico is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
