Absolutely appalling service. Ordered from Uber Eats for pick up. Walked in to a line up thought great the food must be fantastic. Advised lady behind the counter I had a pick up order, she told me she couldn't understand me so I tried other ways to communicate with her as well as showing her my proof of purchase receipt and she told me she doesn't understand me nor read and completely ignored me and served others (not once asking her colleagues for assistance if that were true). I eventually got my order with the help of the male cook (mind you I'd been waiting for over 15 minutes by now) when she saw I wasn't leaving. I could maybe forgive the rudeness for a misunderstanding/miscommunicati...
this is actually my go-to-Japanese shop when I look for Japanese food. Eating is average, I mean, they really get what they pay here. food prices range from 8-$12, which is really comfortable. their location tends to be very crowded and loud as they are set in food dish, but on the bright side that can be a plus, especially if they are looking at a place that offers a lot of food. a lick :
The Japanese cuisine here is good and authentic, but be prepared to wait. I waited nearly 25 minutes for the Katsu-Pork, and I was the second customer when they opened at 11 AM on Saturday. If you're really hungry, I recommend choosing something else from the menu.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The teriyaki bark lacked flavor, even after adding more seasoning, and the salad had no dressing. Nothing felt authentic to Japanese cuisine, aside from the style of the dishes.
Pretty good food for the value. Had the Katsu curry rice with cheese. Chicken Katsu is still crunchy and warm. Great curry sauce, would be better if they have put more carrot or potato rather than just curry sauce.
Karage is as crispy as Ohnamiya just need the tartare sauce and goma dressing on the salad and Free furikake curry was so thick and so strong anyways still rly good

for $9 they can not expect that much the katsu chicken curry was full of taste, although it took some time to the fresh of huh and rice overall was not bad.
