I have ordered takeaway from here and it is always really lovely!! Tonight was no exception. However, I was told to collect at a certain time and ended up waiting an extra 30 mins. It was the busiest I've ever seen it in there, so I do understand and wasn't really too bothered. Once home, the food was really good as always however was slightly sad about the chicken massaman I'd got, which was supposed to come with carrots, onions and potatoes. Visited here Saturday night, only two tables occupied, we were offered a table and quickly given menus and prawn crackers. However we waited and waited for someone to take a drink order, eventually we were asked, on enquiring if they had cider the lady went away supposedly to find out.When she hadn’t returned after some time but we could clearly see her sorting takeaway orders and totally ignoring us we decided to get up and leave and told her our reasons. We offered to pay for prawn crackers we had eaten , she said this wasn’t necessary , Do not believe this is a way to run a restaurant by ignoring your customers . We ate at this restaurant recently on a local recommendation, on entering the restaurant there was a strange smell damp and musty) Only 1 other table occupied, the mixed starter platter was dry and tasteless and the main course was bland, soggy and pretty inedible. Funnily enough none of the staff asked us how the food was during the meal or when presented with the bill. We passed comment on our thoughts on the food however recieved no concern, empathy or apology. £60 QUID not well spent. So we arrived at 8pm on Saturday night for dinner.we had drinks and was constantly harrased by staff to order .we had starters and then again pressured to hurry up to order main courses. Main course arrived at 9 .15 and then the very rude lady owner told us she is shutting the restaurant early in 45 minutes due to staff shortage. We left at 10 pm and refused to pay 10 service charge and told them we will not be coming back and I will give them a bad review

Had red Thai curry and sticky rice Salt squid and crackers Good first the sauce was nice 8/10 The meat and accompaniments were 4/10 not good The rice was the worst thing it was terrible in a bag I’m shaw u could cook this in a rice cooker I have a **** rice cooker and the rice is amazing from it. The squid no comment just soggy and taste less and prawn crackers tasteless and soft. All in all a bad experience.
It is such a shame to put this review. The food is amazing but the customer service is awful. Ordered my food at 18:00 for 19:00 collection. Arrived at 18:50 and at 19:20 I was told they hadn’t started cooking my order. I asked for a refund and left. A couple were dinning in and were waiting 45 minutes just for their starter. Lovely people but appears they are unsure how to run a restaurant.
There was no service or asking if the food was ok, if we wanted any more drinks or desserts and the meals were bought out a different times! We were the only four in the restaurant on a Sunday night, apart from another couple of joined later on! food was good thought but had better more fragrant thai.
Very authentic Thai restaurant with a vast menu including some ingredients and dishes not ordinary served in this type of cuisine. However all your usual dishes you would expect are included and totally delicious . Go and enjoy. 100 recommended

Waited 2 hrs. Phoned after 1 a half hrs, told it was on its way, no apology. Told to complain to JustEat as they provide drivers. Food arrived cold, very late, watery sauce, no rice. Appalling.
