Check out Side Street Inn on Kapahulu, or even their original location on Kona St. They have valet parking or a paid lot next door, or even street parking. As a heads up, for large parties, they do ask for a deposit with your reservation. I probably wouldn 't try to walk-in with a large group, because this location is fairly busy, but the worst they could tell you is they can 't get you in.Once in, you 'll see the bar beyond the hostess stand and to the right the remaining open floor. This is a restaurant where your eyes can definitely get bigger than your stomach!We had a party of three and none of us have been back since the pandemic, so we ordered our favorites… needless to say that we ordered way too much food! The dishes we ordered were as remembered though and it felt great to devour as much as we could, but in all honesty, the portions were so big that we hardly made a dent.I’d highly recommend this spot, but it’s no dieters paradise, so be prepared to gorge yourself!

Bring a burly bunch of friends because you will be served heaping mountains of delicious food.The signature fried rice is packed with savory goodness and the sidestreet chicken was crispy and flavorful.Come on wine Wednesdays for half off bottles of wine. Friendly service is very casual surroundings. This place is full of large parties of local families, so the vibes are homey and friendly.

Today was my first time eating at Side Street Inn. The food was very good, especially the pork chops. If you love desserts try the Peanut Butter Crunch , it was absolutely delicious.Food: 4/5
