I am highly appalled by my visit the night of 9/28. My friend and I are regular customers and we went out for some drinks. We were having a great time, but once we received the bill, we were overcharged immensely. They charged both my friend and I 2 drinks each that we never ordered. Cassie was our waitress for the night and I am astounded how she purposely over charged us. Even when speaking to the manager, they tried to convince us otherwise. Just because someone is out having a great time, that does not give workers the right to pull the wool over our eyes. 10/10!!! I’ve gone to Jojo’s a ton of times with my friends for happy hour, karaoke night, and just regular chill nights. Everything on the menu thus far has been delicious and moderately priced. The drinks are always great and never watered down. On the nights where they’ve had a dj, the music selection is bomb! The decor is super cute and great for pictures. It’s not a huge space which is also pretty good because it feels intimate but not cramped! I’ve been to jojos a couple times and liked it. But previously the service has been bad. Joy our server kept rushing my table and seemed like she wanted us out when the bar wasn’t even busy. She tried charging me for a drink i didn’t order. I went again with an open mind this past week and i wanted a table to sit at but apparently they were “reserved”. But as soon as a group of 4 random people showed up 10 minutes after us they got a table instead of us. And no they did not reserve the table because I heard them talking to the servers. Beware CASSIE is a scammer and the manager supports that type of business.. disgusting. My friend and I went for drinks on a Friday night and were charged for 13 drinks!The manager didn’t even correct our bill. She took off two drinks, but it was still not the actual amount we got. I was also charged $13.75 for a drink that I was told to be $9.I loved this place, but I’ll never step foot again.If you’re going to overcharge someone at least make it believeable!

Horrible communication between happy hour prices and regular prices. Act as if humans including the owner can’t make mistakes when giving the wrong drinks. I ordered blood orange and my friend ordered watermelon but I received regular and my friend got blood orange. Learn when to say oops our bad because anyone can make a mistake. It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I see why now. Won’t be back. It’s other places in the area with enjoyable happy hours.
Today I visited as I often do. Sat st the bar and was waited on by the actual owner. Very disappointing experience. From one professional to another. Do not be so caught up in what you are doing that you forget customer service. It felt like she couldn't be so bothered..... no check in, no nothing. Would never expect this from an Owner of an establishment. Truly disappointing and embarrassing as I recommended this location.Constructive criticism.
Jojos is a fantastic place. It has a cozy atmosphere and a great bar. The cocktails are top-notch, and the food is delicious. The service is excellent, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely phenomenal. Had the fish tacos along with a couple drinks the food was great. Service was fast the atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
