We start the txotx season with a meal in zelaia. as always, excellent service and food, both cod tortilla and cod with peppers and, of course, the txuleta. the three we asked were all excellent, both in taste and in the grilling point. by covid protocol, they serve on the table numbered bottles of different kupelas and allow to order the one that is preferred. a couple of times they allow a single table to rise to the txotx and can try other kupela ciders that are not served at the table. all are new ciders of the year with different shades of intensity, acidity, etc. dessert, assorted cheeses (not just the usual idiazabal) with quince and nuts.
