A really nice place with good food, but the service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the food, although the waiter assured me that this had been checked for my food allergy and was free of the allergen. (If my wish menu had not been possible, I would have chosen something else so as not to cause too much trouble). When I informed that I was feeling an allergic reaction, the waiter was unimpressed and casually acknowledged it. Nothing of dismay or even an apology. (It certainly wouldn't have contained any of the allergen). I have never experienced such behavior towards a guest. Mistakes can happen, but then at least apologize and investigate the mistake...
On my first visit I was disappointed with the service. We were given a cleaning rag that we could clean the table ourselves. The service was very slow after that and brought the wrong drinks several times. Well, everyone deserves a second chance. However, this was no better. The staff unfriendly, prefer to smoke cigarettes instead of collecting. The restaurant only has 1 high chair, so we took our two children on our knees. One noticed in general, children are not welcome. The dessert that we ate was very tasty and the ambiance was very nice.
Friendly welcome and decent meal. We ate a green gazpacho which was good, sweet potato fries and a beef tartar. At CHF 35. the tartare, I would have liked the cook to test the preparation himself! Normally, from what I was told, it is cut with a knife while the one that was served to us came out of the blender. Despite everything, the seasoning was good and cut with a knife, it would have been perfect. A small gesture would have passed the error a little better.
Super friendly staff, attentive and the cordon bleu is highly recommended. Juicy, well filled and very tasty. Dessert was also very tasty The ambience in the upper area was also great. Alles war hervorragend, der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Atmosphäre war einfach bezaubernd. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
