Usually come here because, they like it at home. Well, lady upfront very rude..no customer service whatsoever. i asked could I have some crackers to go with the soup...she replies....in a very rude tone... no..soups don 't come out with crackers, but I cansell you six if you want...mm mm...I can give you two if you want. Which I respond, Sure I 'll take two crackers with youroverpriced food. I wonder if I ask if the food is organic...will they display the menu contents like major food chains..orSIEMPRE NATURAL is just a catchy hook name with Horrible customer service.
If you order delivery or work as a delivery driver don't use this location as they ignore the delivery drivers so the customer will get cold food and the driver wastes time. I stood at the pickup spot they have and they attended people that came in after me before they even handed me the food that had been sitting there getting cold. I've gone as a customer and all is well but they seem to hate delivery drivers. We are all trying to make a living to feed our family there's no need for the unprofessionalism.
Got there before opening time, we were told that they couldn't open because they were working on so.e to go orders. To wait 5 minutes and then came out and said a another 15 minutes. People were leaving and I finally left. This is so ridiculous! They lost alot of customers today. Manager couldn't even come out to explain. Alot of unhappy customers!
Be cautious when hiring young kids that can negatively impact your business. The cashier seemed unable to hold a conversation with customers and the croissant bread was disappointingly hard and old. I will not be returning to this location. Sorry, not sorry. As for kid-friendliness, it's important to use fresh products.

The prices at Siempre Natural keep going up, while the portions get smaller. Spending $14 on a small chicken sandwich and a soup feels overpriced, as if their priority is profit over quality. The food used to be good, but now it’s disappointing and disheartening.
Very good service. I went during the Night Shift on Sunday and everyone was really nice, the manager was very helpful in providing catering details. Very good experience.
I was there at 7ish and cashier Jackie was super friendly and efficient even though there was a huge line and it seemed as if they were short staffed. Amazing team work!
