My friend Kevin the beer rep, posted about this place and several times, got lost and finally went Tuesday nite, happy hour is the best time to go, the food is high class for me, I’m not a big spender,but the staff is super cool and friendly too, the bartender is very friendly and knowledgeable too, this place relocated to here, better area too, the area is growing with many new businesses coming soon, my favorite is the happy hour. I had the meatballs which was really good, right now they have beers in can, working on getting tap in, this place didn’t have beer line installed, have you heard of homemade applesauce, if you haven’t try it! The new location is quite nice, but the KC Strip I ordered was quite fatty and lacked proper seasoning. Additionally, it was heavily seared on the outside but undercooked on the inside. If I didn't know better, I would guess it was a Select cut trying to pass as Prime, prepared by a chef still mastering their skills. The service was decent, though a bit slow at times, likely due to the busy Saturday evening crowd. Overall, the expectations were high, and this visit didn't quite measure up. I’m sure we’ll give it another chance in the future, but for now, it was just average.
We've been visiting this restaurant for work dinners recently, and it's been a pleasant choice. The service has varied during my visits, but I’ve noticed it improving since my first experience. While my main dishes have had mixed results, the side dishes have consistently impressed. The whipped potatoes and seared Brussels sprouts were exceptional. My steak was slightly overcooked, but overall, it was still a nice meal. The restaurant is well-designed for larger groups or couples, though it's best suited for tables of 4 to 6.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $50 and $100.
