All the dishes are prepared by the chef, using specific utensils for its elaboration that isolates it from the products where meat, fish and any animal products are used. They have Vegan Burger, Falafel, Garlic Pasta, Spanish Vegan Omelet, Sopas Pegas typical from Olvera, or Salad. Actually you do not need previous reservation. gastronomic restaurant with typical kitchen of the Sierra de cadiz, which presents a small menu for vegans. all dishes are prepared by the chef of cuisine, using special utensils for his preparation, which are isolated from the products in which meat, fish and all animal products are used. they have vegan burger, falafel, garlic pasta, spanish vegan omelet, sopas pegas typical of olvera, or salad. they do not need a reservation. updated by previous review on 2020-02-04

basierend auf der Bewertung von 04.08.2018 von melinatorres haben wir dieses Restaurant besucht. wir mussten herausfinden, dass es für Vegetarier und nichts für Veganer gibt. wir mussten das nicht Programm, bestehend aus einem Salat und ein paar Pommes, die auch sehr lecker waren. vegan ist hier jedoch ein fremdes Wort. entweder gibt es einen neun Betreiber seit 04.08,2018 oder Melinatorres ist in einem anderen. dieses Restaurant sollte nicht vegan starten.

starting from the base that finding a vegetarian restaurant in the caulk saw is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Finding this small and cozy hotel with vegan and vegetarian options was like finding an oasis in a desert. the same director of the hotel is vegetarian and his recommendation of typical dish like “stick soups” ,tagarnins (seasonal) and stuffed eggplants were quite a success. En el corazón de la Sierra de Cádiz donde es difícil encontrar comida vegana este hotel tiene una parte del menú con este tipo de comida. La hamburguesa y el falafel muy bueno. Tienen flan de postre de coco vegano.
