I was very impressed by Satterfield's customer service. When we made a reservation on Monday for my birthday, a private event was hosted so that we reserved a table in the bar area. Two weeks before my birthday, they called to tell me they had to cancel our reservation because the event wanted to borrow the entire room including the bar. While most restaurants have just regretted that the inconvenience of Satterfields went beyond and beyond. They gave us two three course meals and made us a few days later wonderful for birthday dinner. They had custom menus printed for me and the waiting staff was excellent. My son rented the private dining room for me and his father for our 50th wedding anniversary. We had great service and delicious food. That's what you want when you eat out. All of our guests were happy with what they were served except one had a complaint and it was taken care of immediately. We had a very curteous waiter and waitress. Everything was perfect.After we had eaten they brought our anniversasry cake in the room so we could take pictures, then came in and cut it and served it for us with coffee, if you wanted it.
My honey and I had an outstanding experience last night! This was our first time dining at Satterfield's. The service, food and atmosphere were all amazing. This is an elegant but cozy restaurant. The delightful menu is Southern cuisine peppered with international fusion. We will definitely be back. Thank you Patrick (executive chef) and Adam (sous chef) for sharing your talents with us!
I love this place!! The calf short ribs lick your plate well! The waiter, Andrew was superb And in everything offered and available. The only thing you can complain about is a large group sitting in the center of the dinning room was very loud. You should have a quiet evening in the bar/lounge area for those of us.
