The soup dumplings were served wrong, they were clumped together in one big mass, so they ripped when I pulled one out, and all the soup inside spilled onto the plate. They're supposed to be individually placed on cabbage leaves or little tin cups, they can't touch each other, the dumplings stick like glue. I also think they were microwaved, not steamed. The bao was def freezer burned. I was excited to find dim sum close to home, but it's just frozen Asian market fare.
It's very hard to find authentic Chinese food around RI but this place does it's best. We're saddened it's become take out only and they took away the dim sum menu. The staff are super friendly and the ambience is like your typical Chinese restaurant. Our favorite dishes are the beef brisket on pan friend noodles, salty fish fried rice, baked pork chop fried rice, hot sour soup to name a few. It's definitely our go to when we crave food non American Chinese food.
Why would you go take out only and take away the dim sum menu! Drove 45 min to get there and no dim sum! Only reason we went there! Congee and Dim Sum! I will never return until the Dim Sum is back! So disappointed!!!!!!!

food is ok. Service is the absolute worst, even before Covid. Delivery is on a daily decision basis. Nothing out of the ordinary at all here.
