Wow, where do I even start? Firstly would like to thank Hanh for her exceptional service throughout the whole process. We got married on 08/01 and hosted our reception at Silverpearl. Hanh is an amazing event manager and I really can't express how grateful I am for not having to worry about anything on the day as she made sure to communicate directly with the vendors and have everything set up and run according to plan. We attended a Wedding reception at this hotel and it certainly has all the facilities to enable a large group of people to celebrate in style - from nice decor including table decorations, toilet facilities, a stage for a band and dancing.The seafood served was nice without being outstanding and I was disappointed that the last few dishes served out, the waiters / waitresses did not distribute and serve out to all the diners at each table as what they were doing earlier in the night. Came here to attend a function. The spacing between table was extremely tight and was almost impossible to get in and out of the seat. Yet they cramped us all into only one side of the restaurant and leaving the other side empty. Because there was a wedding event the next day, they were too lazy spread us out and give us more room.We also had an infant with us that was sleeping in her pram. The owner demanded that we place our sleeping baby and "trolley" (as he called it) in the corner which we said no as we refused to put our baby away from us where we can't see her.

The mix of Italian and Vietnamese background wedding, they chose the Silver Pearl for their reception best choice they may made. With Hahn leading a wonderful team. She is an exceptional venue coordinator and fun host who ensured the night went smoothly and stress free. I would recommend the Silver Pearl for any function. Compliments on the food and service which our guests also complimented on. Shout out to your exceptional team. It was a night we won't be forgetting for a long time, we had such a great time. Thanks to Hanh and the staff there for organising everything for our client. I came in to do the deco balloons, and they had the backdrop ready to go. Helps the customers save money in the long run. Good food service also of course!
Good place for a wedding although it seemed like staff was keen to wrap up at the end of the night. Other than that food was really good as the venue was decent enough
Went here for Valentine’s Day, amazing food and service. Although today they were under staffed and the food came out slow. It was worth the wait.
