I had a great first visit to the shop in November 2022 but on two subsequent visits had to walk away. Visit 1 was accompanied by a lot of scratching, picking at face and hands in hair by the team at Frimley Green. I had to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again same thing. Went for another try this time Sandhurst, and as I am driving past I can see the server picking at the corner of her eye. I'm wondering if you could get some trainers in on food hygiene and handling. I suspect you have a few new employees who are young people in their first jobs maybe that need some guidance on this? You're not the only place I've seen...
Fantastic fish and chips from here. The best for miles around (I’ve tried them all). They get everything right, and are consistently up to the highest standards. Never greasy, nice light batter on the fish which is cooked just right. They actually do nice crisp chips which a lot of places cannot seem to manage.The food is freshly cooked to order and generous portion sizes. Food comes packed and in a cardboard box and a paper bag so arrives home hot and not soggy. Highly recommended- give them a try!
I have been a customer of Silver Sea for the past couple of years. Last night I bought Cod and chips for my wife and I for £18! It was terrible. The Cod had been previously cooked and then re-heated. It was swimming in oil to try and give it some moisture. The chips were dry and limp. At the price that is charged it was one of the worst meals my wife and I have ever had. Silver Sea has lost a customer.
Who doesn't love traditional fish and chips? I recommend this hidden gem, in the centre of Farnham town. Beautifully cooked fish in a light, crispy batter sitting alongside an ample portion of fresh chunky chips. Absolutely delicious! The restaurant is honest and well maintained by lovely staff who care about their customers. I couldn't recommend Silver Sea enough. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I have been to this fish and chip shop many times and as a local resident I used to be very pleased with the quality and portion size, however the last couple of times I have been extremely disappointed. The quality of the meal has deteriorated rapidly. The chips are often scrapped and there doesn’t seem to be any managerial presence in the shop
Absolutely lovely chips must be the best around. I come from Woking and was visiting a friend who suggested we call in to get lunch. I’m so glad we did. Food was excellent good portion and fair price. We loved it I may just pop over there from Woking for my suppers We don’t have the same quality around here.
Ordered large jumbo sausage, 3 cod and large chips... Sausage was only ok thing Fish, only comes in one size and its over £7 and its pretty small, was dripping with oil and had no flavour Chips ordered a large and it was a tiny portion, not worth £3.50 Very slow service too. Won't be going back.

The food was delicious, thank you. Ordered on line and picked up. Only moved to Deepcut a month ago and a friend recommended this fish and chip shop. Not wrong, freshly cooked.
