I was quite let down by my experience at Silvestre Chicken. The Silvestre Steak I ordered was primarily fatty and tough, accompanied by an unappealing seasoning. The rice and black beans on the side also had strange flavors. The sauces provided didn't do much to enhance the meal. To make matters worse, the plastic utensils were insufficient for cutting through the tough steak. I felt like I wasted $17 on a meal I didn't enjoy. On a positive note, the service was friendly and efficient, and there was ample parking in the shared lot. It's important to mention that the restaurant is strictly for carryout, offering no seating inside. Overall, I would recommend avoiding the food at this place.

The chicken still had the neck attached, which makes me question whether it was cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I won't be returning here. Additionally, some restaurants offer black beans and white rice as one side, but here they considered them as two separate sides when I requested them together. The chicken was mushy and likely overcooked, as you can see in the pictures—it fell apart in my hand. The dry chicken in the background was unappetizing as well. The rice tasted generic and hard, definitely not fresh. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

I saw the lady take fries out of a big pot that were already cooked done and take them to the fryer and recooked them. The steak and cheese only had meat in the center with lettuce piled high through the bread. This is the second time I received stale fries and soggy string beans. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is amazing and always reliable; I've never had a negative experience. They really pay attention to the small details in the notes I leave with my online orders. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer, haha!

I found bits of paper in my food and they didn’t serve any tortillas with the fajitas. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially due to health concerns.
