The service at Simon's Kitchen is excellent, with no complaints. I travel from Girvan just to get food from there because I have been using them for 5 years. I would recommend them to anyone, as they have excellent service and polite staff. The meal type is take out for dinner, with a price per person ranging from £1-10. I used to consider this Chinese restaurant the best I've ever been to, but since it changed ownership, the food has become dull and flavorless. It's truly disappointing. However, I wish the previous owners all the best in their future endeavors. This review is based on a take-out dinner with a price range of £20–30 per person.
Waited over two hours for a delivery thats 10 min drive away. When I called to chase it up the member of staff was very cheeky and hung up on me. 20 mins later and still not delivery. Over 1.5 hours for delivery is unacceptable. Can't keep up? Employ an additional driver at the weekends. Lassie that answered the phone suffers from bad attituditus.
