First, they made a big deal about me ordering a half and half single topping pizza as part of a deal (something I do here often) stating it was more than 1 topping. 1/2 1/2 1, so it's the same amount of topping. Then they tell me 20 to 25 minutes and I get there 30 minutes later and they they take my money and then tell me it'll be another 10 to 15 minutes. The only employee that was actually nice and professional was the young guy at the drive thru window.
