I had a pathatic experience in Simply Indian Melton yesterday night. I went there to have dinner with my family and we all ordered dosas. Firstly, serving was so bad , the girl who was serving dosa plate on my table was looking on another table and handing over plate to me from another corner of the table where my 6 years old was sitting. She doesn 't know how to keep the plate on the table.When i started eating i felt the sambhar was tasting bad. It was spoiled. I asked the waiter that sambhar is spoiled, she said thats not possible, we cooked it in the evening . I started eating again. Again it tasted bad to me. I was so worried as I am pregnant and my kids were eating the same sambhar. I...
I found hair in my dosa and requested a replacement, but the new one also had hair in it. They agreed to refund my meal, but it was clear they didn’t prioritize hygiene. When I complained to the manager, he was unresponsive and confrontational. This was my last visit to this restaurant.
We ordered chicken tikka masala, butter nun and chicken 65 biriyani. Food was really tasty and customer service was good however price was a bit higher!!I would recommend my family and friends.
