Although a little bummed out from my experience from this place, I?m writing an unbiased review of their food. Was gonna have some crawfish for lunch but apparently they misinformed me about their current supply and didn?t have any crawfish at all (I messaged them and they responded saying they had some). So I settled for some beef brisket, turkey rice, garlic butter corn instead. The beef brisket was a little on the dry side. The beef itself wasn?t as flavorful, but the seasoning that was sprinkled on top made it a little bit better. It was room temperature. The turkey rice was a little bland for my taste, but it?s something new to me and I suppose it has more flavor than plain white rice....

Fortunately, I needed a barbecue in my life, so I read the reviews and went to Sims. I caught her in the middle of a slimmer brisket... this is my absolute favorite! As it turned out, her cut was so delicate that you didn't even need utensils... at all! I have washed hands and many napkins... The food is incredible and the service is outstanding! We discovered this place when a friend asked us to pick up two orders of ribs for them and bring them back to Bonita Springs. After a 2.5-hour drive home, they were thrilled to receive those ribs! They really should open a location here; they would do exceptionally well! Their ribs and seafood are simply unmatched! The staff is friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. Overall, great people! I was on the hunt for a BBQ and seafood caterer when I came across Sims Smoke BBQ & Seafood. I decided to pay them a visit and ordered a variety of items from their menu to sample before making any commitments. Although the place might appear small, their meals were surprisingly large and delicious. I'm planning to hire them for catering this September, and I'll share my guests' feedback afterward. I ordered different types of BBQ and seafood, and there was definitely enough food to satisfy both my husband and my adult daughter.
We hosted a graduation party at Sims, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how perfectly cooked the meat was. The prices were quite reasonable compared to other places. We ordered the smoked pork and wings; the pork was juicy and incredibly tender, while the wings were simply fantastic. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
Really good dirty BBQ, burnt ends, grissle, and marlbling. The brisket was one of the better ones I have had, fair pricing, and friendly staff. The only critique I have is that some mambies couldn 't handle some spice, so they had to get rid of the spicy sauces. Probably still want mom to cut their crust off too. Grow up Jacob, you 're 31.

Best BBQ, no doubt about it! I've sampled a ton of barbecue from Seffner, Brandon, Tampa, and Plant City, but this place is the BEST! The brisket was packed with incredible flavor, and everything was seasoned just right. I highly recommend it, especially the turkey and rice. 5/5!
