An amazing place all around.I was so impressed with SBS. I did not make a reservation, I knew it would be hard to get a walk in but I was taking my chances. It was a full night, there was a 30 minute wait for a table but there were open seats at the back bar. I'm glad we were at the back bar. The high ceiling with the chandelier and the surrounding glass windows really made everything special. The main dinning room is great but definitely more dark.The service was great, the bar tender was very friendly and attentive. I tried the salmon with brocolini and a cream sauce. Absolutely incredible food and service. Our server knew every possible nuance to each item. I had the filet which was honestly one of, if not the best I’ve ever had in my life. Old fashioned cocktails were made perfectly. Girlfriend got the scallops and loved them. I never write reviews but I had to this time because this was a top dining experience of my life.
My wife and I were eager to try a new restaurant, and this one stood out to me while browsing Google. We were a bit hesitant due to its 45-minute distance from home, but I’m glad we made the trip. Both our drinks and dinner were absolutely fantastic! The drink service was a bit slow, but that's to be expected with craft cocktails. We'll definitely be back!
Excellent food and beverages. You can tell whomever the individuals responsible for creating these menus did so with thoughtfulness, love and attention to detail. The atmosphere/ ambiance in the primary service floor was beautiful and reminiscent of old school Hollywood with a heavy pour of spirits. ? Best meal we have had in a while! What a great experience the food and service was amazing I has a ribeye steak and was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The keylime pie was so good. Our server was awesome and took great care of our party of 9
