I came here for a business lunch, mainly because of the great reviews; which I am now starting to question the validity of. The place itself is very nice in terms of ambiance and atmosphere and the service was normal/fine. What I am very frustrated with is the food quality itself. I spent $190 at LUNCH and felt the quality was below even a Chili's. I obviously didn't mention or complain due to having a business guest with me but it was downright terrible. The grilled chicken had ZERO flavor other than a charred taste from being overcooked and it was extremely tough and dry. We had visited this place a few times and loved a local restaurant. Went back this week for dinner and the service was TERRIBLE! Super disappointed! The server sat us down and brought water. Took a while to come back and asked if we wanted drinks. Then disappeared. Drinks took a good 10 min and he had no intention to check on us. I finally asked someone else if we could just order through them. The server never came back to apologize or even bother about ourexperience. When we asked for the check to my surprise they applied an automatic 20% tip. I asked the current server why they applied 20%. Beware of this restaurant! While the food was really good, the prices on their menu are not “updated.”Additionally, I ordered a $22 ceviche and the server offered me an option of a mix of the fish with shrimp but she neglected to mention it was DOUBLE the price.Needless to say, I was shocked at the bill. And even more shocked at how utterly rude the manager, Adriana, was.This restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday night. And now I know why.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. This is my to go place on any given day. The staff is amazing!!! From Adri (owner), Marianna (waitress), Chichi (bartender) to the rest of the crew. I have to say the ambiance is delightful especially on Friday nights with live music. This is truly a Miami Shores Gem!!! And let?s not forget the Food and Drinks!!!! This place surprised us too much. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is incredible, the cocktails are very well made (with good liquor) and the live music is the best in the world. We didn't want to leave, they close at 11, but all of us clients stayed until 12, they should extend the closing hours at least on the weekend. In short, a highly recommended place to which we want to return. Thanks for everything!
Without a doubt, my new favorite place in Miami, Victor Carlos and Levi's made the experience of visiting the place spectacular. I highlight the attention, very attentive. But the food, the food is a luxury, cooking points, quality, time. All. A real show. Without a doubt I will return.
Absolutely one of the best places! I recently went back and had the chefs Special this time which is a whole Branzino with a buttery sauce and capers grilled in a firewood grill. The drinks and desserts also don?t disappoint, great place for a nice night out.
