We first visited Bonestar in 2022 at the recommendation of a friend, and having also eaten that trip at NEM and some other equally fine places, we thought Bonestar to be the best, or at least in the top 3 dining experiences. Went again (twice) in July and found it to be consistently excellent. We went for dinner (we'd booked ahead, which seems essential based on number of poeple turned away in the evening), and we ate inside as it was a tad hot. No conocíamos este establecimiento ninguno de los amigos y salimos sorprendidos además de satisfechos. Menú sábado 20€ con postre, pan y bebida. También un menú clásico de la casa por 21€ con ensalada verde y paella marinera para dos, muy completa la primera y excelente la segunda (hacía tiempo no probábamos un arroz tan bien preparado siendo de menú . Este menú sin bebida ni postre. Servicio rápido, atento y eficaz. Instalaciones correctas. Mantel tela y servilleta papel extremadamente fina. Recomendamos reservar con tiempo
Once again, 2 consecutive, fabulous lunches at this superb restaurant in the centre of Sitges.Bon Estar never fails: tasty, seasonal food with well-thought through menus that are imaginative and creative. And all for a bargain price. The service was as always efficient, unobtrusive and graciously carried out. I never get tired of eating here. The food is consistently well-cooked and delicious. El lugar es bastante tranquilo en comparación con otros restaurantes. Pero la acogida y la calidad de los platos no están a la altura. Además nos cobraron un plato de más, que afortunadamente nos devolvieron sin problema.
Pedimos un clásico Bon Estar, ensalada verde y paella marinera , estaba muy buena, arroz en su punto y sabor potente, el servicio perfecto rápido y atento ambiente tranquilo y agradable, muy recomendable
Probamos la paella de chipirones con habitas y ajos tiernos y estaba espectacular, acompañada de una sangría de cava y una excelente atención al cliente. Muy amables las camareras.
