The pricing was reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20 per person. However, the food left much to be desired, earning only two stars for its quality. On a brighter note, the service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and friendly, which definitely deserves five stars. The atmosphere was decent, striking a balance with three stars, but it could use some improvement. Overall, while I enjoyed the service, the food did not live up to my expectations.
I've only recently started visiting this pub with family very good service good pub grub . Excellent out door area with nice surroundings and really nice play area for children . A quaint place serving a decent meal at a decent price. Friendly staff, dog friendly. Off the beaten track, but worth seeking out.

Love it here. Friendly place, good beer and pork pies. And they do breakfast at weekends.
