I thought I would really like this place. The ambiance is nice, the tables are appealing and we had mostly good service, with a friendly waitress. The staff do look overworked. The fondue we had was very average. The bread was neither hard nor soft...and tasteless. I have made better fondues, but it was edible. HOWEVER, we were sitting in front of the open kitchen, and near where the head chef was plating, serving and barking out orders. He regularly put food from the counter back into serving bowls with his bare hands chips, raw meat, cooked meat, whatever. We spent the evening in this hotel. the welcome and the frame have nothing to say, there was little world (about 50% of filling), so the server had time for us. He was smiling and friendly. On the other hand, the meal was really not terrible. We opted for fondue (2 different), these were really not terrible (bloc, then after warming gum then). for the price: 150 euros for two fondues, a bottle of white, an Iberian ham dish, two coffees, two caffeine, water. it is expensive and it would have earned a commercial gesture (no coffees offered).
very good reception from the restaurant staff. dish of the rich day (faux-fillet and gratin) and very well prepared. Chicken and hearty and tasty creme. nothing to say about quality and price (19€ menu noon).2° summer visit to this restaurant; always satisfactory. we have never tested the specialities (foils). the industrial setting and chalet is original and successful. Good address in the summer with a short card (except cheese dishes!).

We went to the restaurant with 16 friends for having a nice dinner for closing holidays. The employeers are soo bad. They don't care about you, and for get a drink or stuff like that we are waiting like 30 min.. The food is just...horrible.. Please don't go there. There are a lot of restaurants in val di isere where you can have a nice meal.
I really don't understand why restaurants let them book a table if they don't have enough staff to properly serve the food was in order when it comes, but there were several times that we were waiting for the service. we even had to wait 18 minutes...for a diet coke and apple juice for my little one very stressful experience
Super frame, good service. on the other hand, I don't understand why in france the melts are separated. Is that liquid above and gum chewing below?! It doesn't happen to me at home or in Switzerland! And then 26 euros is exaggerated! That's the first prize.
out the fondue , raclette and other cheese , c is the place design really modern young and cool just the odors of cheese that are really not reasonable topprix for val d isère we have returned there several times during our stay

The best fondue I know. certify the price is a little high but the originality of the frame, the magic of the place with the collection of skis and shoes and the quality of the dishes largely compensate.
nice frame without the famous reconstituted heidisland, smiling and efficient service. better than a good smelting one night of flooding.
