I ordered a munchy box and noticed that some items were missing when I received it. I called to inform them about my online order, and they mentioned they had run out of some items. When I requested a refund for the missing food, the person on the phone was rather rude. I had simply asked why the nuggets were missing from my box, as I hadn't been informed they wouldn't be included. I didn't even get a chance to mention that the burger buns were almost half the size of the burgers, and that all portions were significantly smaller than shown in the pictures.
Disappointing service! I ordered through the Just Eat app, which showed that the restaurant was open and delivering to Burniston in Scarborough. After placing my order, my kids were eagerly waiting to eat. Unfortunately, they canceled my order 20 minutes later without any explanation or a phone call. Thanks a lot! After reading the previous reviews here and on Just Eat, it seems like we dodged a bullet with this place. It's such a shame because the menu looks really appealing!

The food here is incredibly delicious, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant as a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. I ordered through the Just Eat app, but 20 minutes later, I was informed that my order had been canceled. This was really disappointing for my kids, as they were left hungry and now have to wait another half an hour for food. Thanks for the inconvenience!
Had our first ever skylars mega munchie box today and all I can say is wow! Food was really quick to arrive, the food was amazing and all at a really decent price! I will definitely be coming back! ? Xx
Pizza dripping in grease was under cooked an still cold in the middle. You don't have much of chance in life if you can't even cook a simple pizza jesus how hard is it?
