Slice of Martinez (formerly Slice of Italeigh) has kept all the key elements that made Leigh's restaurant a standout in Martinez. The name change is a fitting tribute to the city that warmly said goodbye to Leigh as she relocated back east. The delicious pizza, especially the El Blanco, is our family's favorite, and the Philly cheesesteaks, complete with hot cherry peppers, are equally amazing. These are just a few of our beloved highlights at this cozy restaurant on Main Street.
Slice of Martinez (formerly Slice of Italeigh has retained all the staples that made Leigh's restaurant a highlight of Martinez, so it's only appropriate that the name change pay homage to the city that welcomed Leigh bid her a beloved farewell on her move back east. Delicious Pizza...the El Blanco is our family favorite, and equally scrumptious Philly Cheesesteaks (don't forget the hot cherry peppers! are some of the highlights we love in this cozy Main Street restaurant.
This is the best pizza in town , ever since the owners changed the food is so much better . The quality of the food is amazing they really do hook you up . Service is fast , and they are very attentitive to the customers needs . Nice relaxing place to go with your family , big screen t.v's for entertainment , the chairs are even really comfortable food is amazing !!!! . So check this place out y'all cuz it's really good !! 10/10 and I will keep coming back ! Than you !!
Had the east coast combo pizza, cheese steak fries, and cheese steak. All were great tasting and will definitely be going back. Cheese steak is way better than the cheese steak restaurants around the area. The pizza was also delicious and great. Thin crust, crispy cup pepperoni, and the cheese was amazing. I would rate this place 3.5 stars. The food is good, but since the new ownership took over, the prices have skyrocketed. For instance, an 8-inch Philly costs $17, and a slice of what appears to be a medium pizza (definitely not New York-style) during lunch is $7. Unless you're nearby, I recommend heading to a cheesesteak shop for a Philly cheesesteak, where you can get a large sandwich with extra meat for the same price.
If you’re an east coast native you will be happy to find this place! My friend and I stopped in and got a small pie to go as a quick bite. It was so good! The crust was perfectly cooked — had structure for the classic fold in half while eating, quality ingredients that were just simply delicious. 10/10 recommend! Wish I lived closer because this would surely be my go to spot. Thank you!
We visited during a busy Saturday and had a great overall experience. Staff is friendly and food was superb! I got the classic Philly and my wife got a vegetarian pizza. We split the garlic rosemary fries and all was well prepared and delicious while reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: Several options.

Pizza is delicious. Good crust, sauce and ample toppings. I look forward to trying the Cheese Steak.
