We've lived in the area for years but never came across this place. The logo and name of the restaurant made me think it was a new place but once inside it is an old timey pizza place with pressed tin ceilings and tables and chairs from places I went to growing up in the old Italian parts of Brooklyn. We ordered the Grandma's pizza and a sausage roll, thinking that all good pizza places should be judged by their Grandma's pizza. I was a little disappointed with the pizza, since the crust was a little light, the sauce flavorless, and the slices of tomatoes were no better then those from the mass supermarket. The chicken marsala pizza was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Several patrons mentioned that it's the best in the area. This was my sister and brother-in-law's first meal after over 23 hours of travel by plane, and it definitely lived up to their expectations. There was a moment when a lady misinterpreted a situation involving another customer who discarded a slice. He had actually dropped his slice upside down on the table (cheese side down) and was not throwing it away because he disliked it; he might have continued eating if we hadn't been watching!
I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup, but when I arrived, they informed me that my order had already been picked up. They really need to verify that each order is going to the correct person. This situation is completely unacceptable.
Just awful food. I ordered eggplant parmigiana and regular pizza. The eggplant was mushy and rubbery with practically no breading. The pizza is mostly dough. I threw away eggplant, it was inedible.

The food is fantastic and the prices are even better! Slice of Scarsdale is now our go-to pizza spot. Thank you for being the top pizza place in the city!
No-nonsense pizza joint slinging out slices and pies. I like the innovative flavors and will need to come back to try the pizza with pasta on it!
This is our favorite take out pizza in town. The pizza is always good and the website is super easy to order!
The quality is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I really love their Italian sauce!
