This was a fabulous meal!! They were very busy, but we still only waited a few minutes to be seated. The staff was very nice, the food was fabulous, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The wood fired steak was amazing and the seasonal veggies were great! They even had French onion butter that day for the bread. We would 100 percent go again! Highly recommend
Ordered the 8 oz fillet for $41 and this is what I got. It was the butt of the tenderloin. I asked if I could get a different one they said no. I didn’t eat it and still got charged. Server was nice and still tipped her 40%. Wasn’t her fault her boss didn’t care. According to locals used to be really good and has gotten bad recently.
Went there today for lunch this time…. Wings, ribs, soups, desserts All was great! Helps when you have a great server which was Juli Outgoing and on top of things. All again was good, but was craving wings and WOW, on point!! Very good wings! Would definitely be back. Had steaks there there before, were also great.
Where else can you get that level of service in Oneonta? I have happily discovered the shrimp scampi. My son loves the brisket sandwich, so we keep going back. We had eaten at Sloan's years ago and I had the 10 oz steak both times. However this time the steak was a little over cooked (m rare) and it was very tuff for a $28 sirloin. It is also loud and thought the other soundbaffles they had before worked better . My husband enjoyed his black bean burger.
I was in the mood for a steak. This place was recommended by a family member. I had the 48oz Tomahawk. It was probably the best steak I have have out. It was cooked perfect. I would put it up against any steakhouse in NYC. Great job. I will be back.
Ordered the wings as appetizer. Had 2 burgers. The Texas burger and the Brisket burger and loaded fried. I recommend if you’re in the mood for a filling meal, a lot of variety.

Food was great, Utica chicken was really delicious. Our server, Kasey, was friendly and very professional.
