I have to say that I don’t always write positive reviews which I feel is pretty poor. So I’ve made the effort to write one tonight. The reason for this isn’t because of the drinks served and the atmosphere which are all excellent btw. The reason is one member of staff. Even tho the bar was bouncing at expected on a Saturday night. This individual ensured me that he saw that I was next and acted in probably the most professional manner that I think I seen in my entire life. My only regret is that I didn’t get this individuals name. Cannot say how good this person was.
Arrived and was told we had to wait outside and we could not go into the pub. Even though we had booked a table, not a great start. The food took so long and was terrible, most didn’t finish theirs, mine was tough strip of turkey, uncooked broccoli stem and poor quality potatoes. The starters were better. Oh and the bar had only bottles and no draught beers. Must give the staff credit though, kept apologising all the time. There are much better places to go.
Absolutely lovely bottomless brunch, my first so I was worried with how busy it would be that we wouldn't get served quickly but Hooper was so attentive and made sure we had an amazing evening. Great value for money and I couldn't recommend the service enough

Grace, at the Lincoln S&L, provided us with the best brunch experience we could have asked for, never have we experienced such great energy and an equally high standard of service. Truly lovely person.
Adam made this brunch awesome. He was so informative and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. He really made the afternoon an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back

Amazing service from hooper!! Slow service to start as we were waiting for another person but our time didn’t start till everyone was here. Couldn’t recommend more.

Nastya was incredible! She was so amazing and topped our drinks up every 5-10 minutes. Food was great too! Would highly recommend!
