This was my first time coming to this establishment, and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered chicken tenders, and I asked them if they could put the Louisiana hot sauce on them and I was told yes. This is what I received, burnt chicken!!! I was too tired to complain, so I just tossed it in the garbage and walked away. The other item on the tray is burnt fried cabbage. I really want my money back, I think I’ll call today.
The burger was tasty but I had to rearrange the toppings. The tomato slices were on 1 side and the pickles on the other side. And how is that even an order of tots? The cup is barely half full. Either fill the container or get a smaller one. Just terrible!It was delivered so I can't rate the service or atmosphere.
We love this Smashburger location. We live in Massachusetts, and make regular trips down to NYC. This is a great place to stop for a quick bite on the way in or out of the city. Love the smash fries. Great burgers and great lemonade.
To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, I received cheese on an order that was supposed to be cheese-free, and the fries were overcooked and stale, tasting almost like plastic. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the fresh made kids cheeseburger with onions….. I couldn’t even eat this looks like burger was sitting there for days and they gave me old fries never again if I could give zero stars it would be zero
The wait for chicken wings was too long—20 minutes! There was no one else in the restaurant. I won't be coming back here again, especially not on a Sunday at 9 AM.
Today I ordered two burgers,and the delivery was very fast about 20 mins I got my order.burgers are very good
