It seems that Smashburger is struggling financially and may not make it. We visited for a late lunch at about 2:00pm on Sunday. We originally tried another location first, but found that location was out of business. We were the only customers in therestaurant when we arrived and only one other customer came in while we were there. My wife ordered a single bacon smash burgerwith smash fries, while I ordered a single smash burger with smash fries. The food arrived promptly and was hot. The fries weregood, and the burgers themselves were good. My wife commented that the bacon didn't add much flavor. While the food was good,the value was not. My wife ordered a single Bacon Smash Burger with Smash Fries, while I opted for a single Smash Burger with the same fries. The food arrived quickly and was hot. The fries were enjoyable, and the burgers were decent. However, my wife mentioned that the bacon didn't add much flavor. While the food was satisfactory, the value was lacking. The price for a burger was rather high, especially given the current economic situation, where there are better value options available. After our meal, my wife went to the restroom and found there was no toilet paper and that half the lights were out.
Some of the dishes are quite delicious, but I had a few issues during my visit. The wings were particularly disappointing, and it seemed like there weren't enough staff to handle all the orders. I had to wait a long time for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. It took far too long to serve everyone, and while I don't blame the staff for the situation, I do think the owner needs to address the lack of personnel. There were only three employees working! Additionally, I wasn't a fan of the new mocha hat; it had an odd flavor, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Some of the food is delicious. Don?t get the wings, because they?re undercooked. They also just don?t have enough employees to keep up with all the orders. You have to wait too long for your food then they keep messing up your order. It just takes toolong to get everyone fed. It?s not their fault I blame the owner! I believe I have already rated Smash Burger but you should try them out. The owner had no idea that I knew she was the owner of the restaurant . She was down to earth and nice to have small talk with. Family enjoyed dinner there. You must try the Rosemaryfries. Good kid menu. If the owner is reading this please bring back the A1 burger! I'll make sure to send you more business asI would appreciate business as a business owner as well.

Best burger I?ve had from any of the burger joints. The actual burger was so flavorful and the bacon was crispy but not too over cooked. The angus BLT was on point and def recommend getting. The place was clean and smelled good. Also the women at the cash register was very nice and friendly.
