I order the CYO Turkey burger with a million add-ons lol, mushrooms, Swiss, avocado, bacon... and usually an egg, not a bunny. If you don't want a bun, you should be sure you want salad tomato in his place... It is an automatic swap trying to stay gluten-free. Try the spits!! A burger with a gluten free bungalow ordered. The extra money paid for it. Had a bite and realized it was?t GF. I called and spoke to the manager. Give me a free burger instead of a refund. I said her apology was the ink printer. Currently sick on my stomach as a celiac is not a joke or something you have with the guilt of a printer. This is the third bad experience in a row at this place. I don't want to come back to a facility that made me seriously ill, I prefer my money back to support a business that takes care of allergies and takes care of the food they prepare.
The worst experience!!!! The burger with mushrooms and onions ordered. What I got was a burger with 1 mushrooms and a chaotic burger. Ordered Brussel shoots and they had no... The employees were unnoticed, no personality and the place was dirty and it was only open for 30 minutes when I came in. How can tables be dirty, the coke machine was sticky and flies everywhere when they just open... I can honestly say I'll never be back.
It was fantastic! Frankie really knows her way around the grill! The burger was juicy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious! We savored every single bite! Literally one mushroom sliced on my truffle burger. I asked the manager for more and she told me she couldn?t give me more because then her inventory would be too low. I understand inflation but really? $10 for this? This place has gone downhill. They lost another loyal customer. Oh and the greasy floors are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This place is outrageous! The food is not cooked. The haystacks are drenched in oil! The bacon is not cooked! The fires are cold and the excuse is they are understaffed and in the process of training! That is not an excuse! There reviews speak volumes. This will be the last time we will be ordering from this location.
Today, there were only two staff members working, but they were efficient and prepared delicious food. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for fresh meals, and in this case, we waited around 8 minutes. The customer service was excellent as well. Just to note, I’m a genuine customer.
