I ordered my burger without tomatoes, while my wife included them in her order. However, both burgers ended up without tomatoes and neither had the smash sauce we requested. The dining area was also quite dirty, with leftover food and trash scattered around.
When I finally received my food, I noticed he hadn't asked if I wanted to eat in or take away, but by that point, I just wanted to leave. When my name was called, my food was packed into two bags. I asked about my milkshake, and was told he would make it, but I ended up waiting and watching my ice cream melt away.

Let's be real. Burger are solid and good but not groundbreaking. Fries are really good compared to that some restaurants in this area offer as fries. That means, you cannot do anything wrong going to this place. Staff is superfriendly. Kudos to Register John for his unbelievable kindness every single day to every single customer. Every new customer will notice him. Believe me. Sometimes, fountain is not well mixed but such minor mistakes are easily made up by this great service. In sum, it's a really good burger restaurant
I tried this restaurant for the first time and was really impressed with the burger. I typically stick to the signature dishes when trying somewhere new, but I was craving something spicy, so I went for the Colorado single with added bacon. It was absolutely delicious and fresh, with the grilled chilies adding a nice depth of flavor. However, the Smash Fries were a bit disappointing. While they were clearly fresh-cut, they lacked crispiness and ended up being mostly soggy, similar to Five Guys fries.
I had a real craving for a burger, and this place did not disappoint! I've driven by it numerous times, but today I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the double avocado bacon burger, and it was fantastic! I'm not usually a big burger person, but this one really made an impression on me. It was juicy and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with some Smash fries that were expertly seasoned. This meal was a definite winner, and I will definitely be coming back!

Hey, it wasn 't too bad. This location had a nice clean interior with some okay service. The burger itself was pretty good but I just wish they 'd give more fries for the price. I opted for the large fries(paid like 5 bucks for 'em)and I ended up getting the same amount as my friends who got the medium(like $2 less). It was a bit disappointing but oh well. Over-all, it was ight.
The customer service was excellent, particularly from the gentleman at the register. However, the food was just average and too expensive for what it was. I can't believe that two kids' chicken tenders, along with fries and a drink, cost almost $8. The burger was small and lacked flavor, with too much bread compared to the actual patty.
Although there was a long wait because of the high volume of customers, the staff worked hard to ensure that everyone received their correct orders. This was my best takeout experience with Smashburger yet. The food was just as delicious as always.
Best burger Ive had from a restaurant. I ordered the double smoked bacon burger with American cheese. It was everything a burger should be. It was the right amount of salt and fat. The smash fries were great too.
