Went for a couple of burgers with the kids. We were greeted cheerfully, our host Nicholas happily answered a couple of questions for me. The service was quick and the food was good. The burgers were like homemade in a good way. They were not gigantic overstuffed calorie bombs. They were tender juicy and tasty. I had to ask where the tip jar was so I could leave a tip, which I was happy to do.
I had been here under previous management and it was awful. SOMEHOW, under new management the place feels more welcoming, the food tastes better, and the staff is incredibly sweet helpful. I'll definitely be back, and I would recommend you trying this Smash Burger again if you were turned off by previous management.
This place is a great one, the burgers are delicious, the staff are super friendly and beautiful. The manager Nicholas is super helpful and great! We took the children here to the birthday contract and they really made it a great lunch! Absolutely come back! One of the best burgers in the neighborhood
The food was great as usual. I only write this review to praise the amazing service of the manager in this place. Nick, that was his name. He was attentive, friendly and friendly. Smashburger is by far the best Burgerplatz. Everything always tastes so fresh. Even food options are great if you want a burger, but healthier than typical fast food. The Hamilton was very clean and the workers polite. I wish we had one closer because I would eat there every week!
the place is clean and still on the decor. Staff is friendly. the milkshakes are also really good. They no longer serve the haystack side with the diving sauce, which is a bummer because it was delicious. their burgers are juicy and full of taste.
