My favorite burgers so far? I really love their bacon cheeseburgers! The patties are consistently cooked to perfection at all their locations, the buns are soft, and the vegetables are always fresh and crunchy. However, this particular location isn't my favorite. I often feel rushed when I order at the cash register. Additionally, on two occasions, the iced tea and lemonade machines were out of service—those are my go-to drinks! Instead, they served leftovers from containers. The restaurant could also benefit from better maintenance. The staff who deliver the food are usually the nicest aspect of this place. The food at this restaurant is exceptional, but I've encountered a persistent issue with the accuracy of phone orders. My husband once placed a specific order for my burger in person, requesting only lettuce, BBQ sauce, and onions, yet it was messed up four times. Even when the manager personally took the order, it still didn’t come out correct. On one occasion, they even added an ingredient that we hadn’t requested. Now, I find myself with an incorrect order that has mayo on it, despite the receipt clearly stating "NO MAYO." It would be helpful for the staff to receive better training in attention to detail, or perhaps they should consider hiring people who are more careful.
I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Smashburger! The Smash Ambassadors welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like the only customer, even though it was busy during lunchtime. The staff was friendly, energetic, and professional, making me feel completely at ease—truly as if I were a regular! As for parking, there was ample space in a well-lit and conveniently laid-out lot.
I work right next to this Smashburger and recently decided to give it a shot during my lunch break. I absolutely love the food and especially the milkshakes! They really satisfy me before I return to work. When I place an online order for pickup, my food is always ready in a flash, which is fantastic! I had a craving for a juicy burger and came across Smashburger. It was my first visit, and I was truly impressed. I went for the kids' cheeseburger meal with sweet potato fries (got to watch my budget, haha!). Dequan offered outstanding service, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I will definitely be back!
I visited Smashburger for the first time today. The service was decent, and the burgers definitely lived up to the hype. However, the French fries were among the worst I've ever tasted—I'd even say McDonald's fries are better than these!
The black bean burger was incredibly tasty, and the crispy Brussels sprouts were outstanding too. Unfortunately, the haystack onions didn't meet my expectations; they were soft and greasy rather than the crunchy texture I had hoped for.
