Andrew and his team were very friendly. I had not been to Smashburger in what feels like around 10 years, and it seems like there has been a total rebrand! Andrew upheld professional values as a manager and also made great recommendations on food selections. He recommended food according to each person's needs, and did not just stick to one thing. He understood the menu and showcased its selection. I ended up getting a Colorado burger and it was AMAZING! The staff was very polite, and said hello and goodbye, and were prompt to clean up, offer any help etc. 10/10 experience will absolutely be visiting this location time and time again! Well done!
I dunno. I ordered for pickup over $70 in food on the app.My burger was loaded yet for some reason lacked taste… almost bland.My son’s kid burger had a dry stale bun that I had to change out in my house for a Martins potato bun.My wife’s mushroom swiss veggie burger had bacon on it lol. I double checked the order and the menu… bacon is NOT supposed to be on it.So overall, considering they are priced closer to a gourmet burger shop, I expected better.I’m going to take a break from these guys for awhile.
This is my fourth visit to Smashburger in Wantagh, and each time, Byron has greeted me with a warm smile and great hospitality. The food is simply fantastic—delicious, flavorful, and perfection on a plate! I often bring a client here, and she can’t help but hum and sing while she enjoys her meal. We now make it a point to come here at least once a week. Additionally, they have the cleanest public restroom I’ve ever seen! Everything about this dining experience is a win!
Just ok. Had three patties with cheese, bacon and pickles. The burgers were not as smashed as I thought they would be. They weren't crispy on the outside.On a carnivore diet and they handle my request without blinking an eye. Just wished it tasted like a smash burger.A bit pricey. 5 patties with bacon and cheese and a side order of brussel sprouts and a drink was $40.

I recently visited Smash for the first time and had an excellent cheeseburger. I highly recommend it if you're in the mood for a burger. The fries were mediocre, but the burger itself was really delicious!
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Andrew was so kind and made sure everything was out in an instant. The place was in great shape and the workers seemed to be happy around that guy.
This place use to be great....a better version of fast food. Today the food wasn't edible, threw my turkey burger out. Very disappointed, the staff seem disgruntled.
GREAT BURGER WITH GOOD QUALITY MEAT THAT IS NEVER FROZEN ! A MUST IS A CHOCOLATE SHAKE ! THE MUSHROOM BURGER WITH SWISS CHEESE TRUFFLE FRIES ARE EXCELLENT!

Clean, faster than Mcdonalds, delicious like five guys. Has waiters to help you with extras, fancy atmosphere like starbucks.
I had their brisket burger and it was amazing beyond average fast food but you also pay for that. it is very expensive
