My fiancé and his coworker had been raving about Smoke Crafters for a good while based off of the ads they’ve seen online (really good marketing by the way! After work one day, my fiancé and I decided to stop by for dinner. We sat in the car for a while looking over the menu, deciding what to get. Everything looked so good, so it took a while. However, we decided on getting the pork-belly burnt ends with their homemade beef fat tortillas, the Dang Quesadilla with rice and beans, an order of the jalapeño-cheddar sausage, and a chocolate-chip cookie. The atmosphere is really charming. Once it cools down, their outdoor area will be a lovely spot for enjoying a beer or two, but for now, the air-conditioned space is perfect. The service is wonderful, and the food is incredible. We ordered the brisket nachos, brisket street corn, burnt pork belly ends, coleslaw, and Oreo cream pie. The brisket was incredibly tender and juicy, while the pork belly ends were packed with flavor. We can't wait to return and sample more dishes from the menu!
Really really recommend this place. I stopped with my family to eat some delicious barbecue. Despite it was really packed, the person that took our order was very friendly, great customer service and even offered us a dessert( Oreo Pudding). Let me tell you, it’s the best! Scratch made, all the sides are scratch made as well! I would totally come back again! If you want prime grade brisket you know where to go!
Food was really good, the staff are very friendly and answered all of my question. I got the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans, but I asked for double rice and they did it with no extra charge. They have outdoor seating but also have a indoor dining that’s nice and cool. The food came out quick and taken to my table. Overall my experience was excellent. I highly recommended coming here

This is a fantastic barbecue spot! While it's a bit on the pricey side, I don’t mind paying for high-quality food. My go-to dish is the brisket-loaded fries, and the homemade jalapeño sausage is always delicious! The chicken is incredible, and the pork belly ends are equally amazing.
Hands down one of the best places for delicious BBQ in the RGV. Quality never disappoints!! This is our place to go whenever we are in the mood for BBQ. Staff is also very friendly and I love that the Edinburg location has indoor and outdoor seating.
Just reviewing what is correct. For the price of the food for 2 persons, it doesn't amount what you get in food portions. Sandwiches and sides were extremely small in portion. I sincerely don't recommend this place.
The food is absolutely delicious! We enjoy eating in as well as getting takeout. The atmosphere is really lovely, making it a great spot for a date or a family outing. You will absolutely love the incredible food!

Smoke Crafters BBQ is the best barbecue you could have the location, the portions the quality and service are beyond excellent. So happy they have another location in McAllen too
