We arrived at 8 pm had called in a reservation for 24 people. We got seated at 830pm. We got one waiter for all of us! He took our drink order and we got it 1/2 hour later. We ordered but did not get our food until 1030pm. One of us complained to the manager at 9pm that we did not get our food and the waiter needed help but yet she did nothing but disappear. When we got the food it was bad overcooked and they forget the several orders. The waiter was ok, the manager was awful. We should have walked out. We hav a smokey bones in Nashua nh that is wonderful but the one in long island was horrendous. Plus all the other servers were restocking, eating etc not even helping our waiter. We were rob...
