The food was excellent for our group of four. I customized my own burger, making it a 1 lb. creation with bacon and mushrooms, and I took one patty home with me. The burger was juicy, and both the bacon and mushrooms were delicious. I enjoyed the leftover patty the next day, and it was just as good when reheated. The loaded cheese fries were also a hit. I appreciated seeing the staff cleaning tables after guests left, practicing physical distancing, and wearing masks properly. I will definitely be back!
This is never disappointing. Our order was served just right. The server was fantastic! I could hear him at other tables too and he is just a great server. He didn't miss anything and even thought ahead about what we might need. When I go OUT for dinner, that is exactly how I want the experience to be. We took home dinner for another and he was happy also. See you again soon Smokey Bones!
I didn't visit this restaurant until recently. Costco offers gift cards where you spend $70 and receive $100 in cards. The ribs were accompanied by a large cornbread that was sold as an appetizer. Service was quick...

The waiter was managing eight large groups and struggled to keep up. The kitchen was quite slow, resulting in long waiting times. The food was good, but the waiter definitely needed some assistance.
