The Beef Brisket was incredibly juicy and tender. The Pork Ribs had a fantastic sauce, though they required a bit of effort to pull away from the bone. The BBQ Chicken was packed with great flavor and was also very tender. The Cole Slaw had a touch of sweetness, reminiscent of KFC's style, which I really enjoyed. The BBQ Beans were a standout, featuring pieces of brisket that added an extra layer of deliciousness. The Potato Salad was flavorful, and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. Don't skip the Deep Fried Cornbread; it's absolutely delicious! You have to try this place — you definitely won't be disappointed.
Thanks to the 'Pitmaster,' I also got to sample the ribs, and let me tell you—they were incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly; they didn't even need any sauce! Overall, I was extremely pleased with both the food and the service. I'm already looking forward to trying more menu items and definitely sampling dessert! My wife has been talking non-stop about this BBQ joint on Western Ave in Gardena. Having grown up in 'The DENA,' I couldn't remember any BBQ places in the area. However, she convinced me to try it today, and I have to say, the BBQ is truly impressive. The rib tips, brisket, hot links, fried cornbread (hushpuppies), and baked beans all made me exclaim 'ONO!!!'—which means delicious in Hawaiian. I can't wait to go back soon!
I realize that I've never had pork and beans that weren't from a can, and I've been missing out! Every single side was absolutely delicious: the beans, the perfectly seasoned fries, and the crunchy yet soft cornbread—all served hot and tasty! Fantastic barbecue! The sauce is superb, the chicken is smoky and juicy, and the ribs are perfectly tender without falling apart. The links and brisket are also exceptional. This has become my favorite place for barbecue. It's a hidden gem that you must experience. Don't forget to order the peach cobbler—heat it up and top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You'll thank me later!
This restaurant consistently serves delicious and flavorful authentic barbecue, along with crisp coleslaw and tasty beans. The ribs and pulled pork are packed with amazing flavor, and they're just as good the next day as leftovers. The 2-3 tin combo is generous enough for most lunches, and the combo platter can easily feed three people. It's definitely worth the trip!
Everything is excellent! We always get the family packs, which provide plenty of food. My favorites are the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, but the chicken is also fantastic. The beans are definitely worth mentioning!
