tries to pick up a mobile job and have the worst experience. will not be back to this place. the personal was rude when I arrived to pick up my order, which obviously did not go through properly, although I gave a mobile reception. I ordered a 32oz Caribbean Way smoothie with frozen yogurt, but first they gave me the wrong size, giving me a 20oz smoothie instead. When they remade the smoothie to the correct size, it did not contain the vanilla frozen yogurt I paid extra for. The smoothie tasted terrible - it was very gritty with large chunks of ice and had no flavor. I am extremely disappointed. I wasted $10 and my time on a smoothie that tasted like water and was full of crunchy ice pieces. I will not be returning to this place.
The restaurant runs smoothly during the week, but on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), it seems impossible to ever get things right. There is always a long line in the drive-thru, with the inside of the restaurant never being open. Many people, including myself, end up leaving the drive-thru after a long wait with no other options for dining in. This is only a problem on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Too much sugar!!! If you like super super sweet like whole bag of sugar in one drink, then this is the place for you. Liquid sweets! I will continue to make my own at home. Never will be back to this lication.
We were fortunate to have someone buy smoothies for our team at Carter's Academy on Friday. $5 Smoothies on Fridays are the best! We make it a habit to go almost every week to get some.
It seems that charging $36 for two smoothies is not sufficient to include two extra foam cups. I suppose each franchise owner will make their own decisions. Good to be aware of.
